FAQs

  • I have no power but haven't received an SMS?

    There could be a few reasons for this, such as:

    • We don't have a valid mobile number against your account.
    • The outage may not be reported or confirmed by us at that point in time.
    • We may have selected to turn off messages for that outage which we may need to do from time to time.

    If you wish to find out further why you did not receive a notification message please contact the customer service centre on 130 137 008 and they will be able to follow this up for you. Alternatively you can send us an online enquiry.
