Community Grants Program Launch

TasNetworks recently launched the 2024 TasNetworks Community Grants Program, aimed at delivering tangible projects in communities right across Tasmania.

This announcement marks another round of grant funding for local not-for-profit organisations in Tasmania, through the TasNetworks Community Grants Program.

Through the 2023 program, we funded $112,000 worth of grants, facilitating projects right across Tasmania. After receiving such fantastic applications last year, we are excited to see what projects we can invest in this year.

Once again, funding of up to $10,000 is available for projects aligned with our two focus areas:

  • Building Community Resilience
  • Reducing Cost of Living Pressures

If you're part of a not-for-profit with innovative ideas aligned with our focus areas, this program could be the key to delivering meaningful change. Whether you're envisioning initiatives that enhance community cohesion, preparedness, or which address financial challenges, we’re keen to hear about your project ideas.
